On November 25, 2019, Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania (BGCWPA) and Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship (PHCSE) partnered up to launch an after school program to support students in grades Kindergarten through 5th!

PHCSE is a tuition-free public charter school that supports the entrepreneurial spirit in youth through innovative, hands-on, engaging curriculum. With over 131 years of mentoring and support service expertise, BGCWPA will continue this entrepreneurial spirit into the after school space to provide students and parents with the resources they need to succeed.

The PHCSE Clubhouse will offer homework help, literacy support, recreation, and STEM programming for up to 60 youth this school year. Our incredible BGCWPA staff has planned exciting activities that will support the efforts of PHCSE by continuing to engage the minds of our youth beyond the school day.

We had a wonderful first day and are so excited for the rest of the school year! Thank you to PHCSE and to all of our partners for making us the largest out of school provider in both Allegheny and Somerset counties!  Learn more about our other after school programs!
