Learn & Earn is one of our youth workforce development offerings part of our Career Works Program.  Our Learn & Earn program is one of the teen programs offered this summer and includes up to six weeks of paid work experience. March 13th, 2020 Dear Parents/Guardians and Community, Click to read the full letter. As we are monitoring what local officials and school districts are doing in response to COVID-19, we will be closing ALL of our Clubhouses and programs effective immediately. We will evaluate reopening based on the advice of health officials and school districts. At this point, we expect the closure to last at least 2 weeks, and potentially longer. Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania were invited and attended Senator Casey's press conference announcing the Five Freedoms for America’s Children plan. Introducing our 2020 Athlete of the Year, Jada!


Meet Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania's Athlete of the Year, Jada! As an 11 year member of BGCWPA and 4 year varsity basketball letter winner with over 1,000 points scored, Jada's achievements reach far past the basketball court! Jada has remained on honor roll since 5th grade, maintaining a 3.6 GPA as a National Honor Society(NHS) member, Scholar Athlete Award recipient, and Summer Camp counselor for Camp AIM. Jada's future plans after graduation include attending Mount St. Mary's University on an athletic scholarship. BGCWPA Teen Outreach Programs (TOP)


As a part of  Boys & Girls Clubs of Western PA’s ReMEMBER… ReIMAGINE… ReINVEST campaign, programs like Healthy Lifestyles have ReIMAGINED the services BGCWPA provides. Healthy Lifestyles provides support services, social emotional learning programming and community engagement. Empower Her!


Join Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania, along with the Veterans Leadership Program and the Mission Continues, for a day of celebrating being a girl! Have fun socializing, hearing from influential female speakers, and participating in activities centered around body positivity, craft making, healthy lifestyles, and personal growth.  Guided by the International Women's Day movement, Empower Her is an event to celebrate reflection, advocacy, and action for young women.
